Web Hosting Term and Conditions
  1. This domain registration/delegation and hosting agreement is submitted by you (the ”Customer”) to Techno Phobia Australia Pty. Ltd. A.B.N. 29 091 106 633 (Techno Phobia) for the purpose of requesting
  2. Techno Phobia to register a domain name .
  3. The Customer remains the responsible contracting party under this agreement, even if the Customer licenses use of the domain name to a third party.
  4. The Customer agrees that if this agreement is completed by an agent for the customer, such as an Administrative Contact/ Agent, the Customer is nonetheless bound as a principal by all terms and conditions herein.
  5. To the extent permitted by the law, the Customer agrees that neither Techno Phobia nor its workers has any liability to the Customer or the Customer’s agent for any loss that may incur in the process of this registration/delegation or hosting activity.
  6. The Customer agrees to be indemnified and hold Techno Phobia, its directors, officers and employees and agents harmless from and against all and any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses, including any legal fees and expenses arising out of or relating to the Customer’s domain name registration/delegation, hosting or to the Customer’s use of the domain name.
  7. The Customer agrees that none of the registration of a domain name grants any legal rights of ownership of the relevant domain name, nor does it confer immunity from objection to the registration or use of the domain name.
  8. The Customer agrees that Techno Phobia may delete a Customer’s domain name if any information required to be supplied by the Customer under this agreement, or subsequent modification(s) thereto, is false or misleading, or conceals or omits any information Techno Phobia would likely consider material to its decision to approve this agreement.
  9. Techno Phobia, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to refuse to approve the agreement for any Customer.
    Customer agrees that failure to pay any registration fee when due will entitle Techno Phobia to immediately transfer the relevant domain name from the Customer to Techno Phobia, as its sole discretion. 10.
  10. The registration fee is payable with the application and that the registration/delegation is not effective until the registration fee has been paid and cleared.
  11. The registration is for the full period of years selected and paid for at the time of application or renewal.
  12. All fee are non refundable. 13. The Customer acknowledges that information obtained will be publicly available as required by ICANN.
  13. Techno Phobia will take reasonable precautions to protect personal information obtained from the Customer from loss, misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure, alteration or destruction.
  14. The Customer acknowledges that incorrect or incomplete information provided will cause delay to the process, and that additional charges will apply and be charged to Customer on top of the registration, delegation or hosting fee listed in this agreement.
  15. Customer acknowledges that charges for support via phone, in house, onsite or email will apply and the Customer will pay the total amount owes.
  16. Customer who purchases the service indirectly from Techno Phobia, hence, through a reseller of Techno Phobia will not be granted any free technical support, unless authorization or special arrangement is granted.
