If you are running your own email server, this service is essential to ensure your valuable emails are not lost in the event that your internet, power or email servers were to fail.

Here’s how it works:

Email that is sent to your web domain is first processed by Techno Hosting’s DNS (Domain Name Server) which then directs the email to your Primary Email Server.

If for some reason your Primary Email Server is not working or your internet connection fails, mail is then directed to our Back-Up Email Server and stored until such time as your Primary Email Server comes back on-line.

At this point, all the email that was sent to your domain during your downtime is automatically forwarded to your Email Server, ensuring you don’t lose any business critical communication.
